Many helpers are needed for the 2009 Christmas Salvation Army (TSA) food box and gift assembly & distribution days. Work crews will begin on Wednesday December 16 at 10:00 AM at the National Guard Armory (out by the airport).
Crews will work December 16 - 21, excluding Sunday December 20, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Distribution days (families come to pick up their food box and gift bags) will occur on December 22 & 23 from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
The Armory can be cool so dress in layers. Wear good walking shoes. Please adhere to your own your physical limits & abilities. Some work tasks are heavy, but there are lots of light-duty tasks available also.
