The kids in the sunflower house. Look how tall it is. We have all been amazed at how fast these sunflowers have grown. I planted morning glory vines at the base of the sunflowers but I can hardly find them. I think they are getting too much shade from there "supports".
The bean tunnel is growing also and the bird house gourd plants we put at the corners are starting to really grow. They may catch up with the beans soon.
The Three Friends Garden
Thank you again Dave. Now the corn is finally growing. It looks like the squash is well on it's way to covering and shading the earth. I did get the beans sown a few days ago. I hope that the corn can keep up. If not I have plans for a twig trellis to support the beans.
A Little Bit of Fun at the Garden.
The kids cooling off on a hot July Saturday. I think the plants were suppose to be getting the watered. They may have hit a few.
